Edmonton Realtor Reports More Than 100 Showings a Day!!!!
That’s a number that would make any seller (or REALTOR) happy! It used to be that buyers went to view a lot of homes and then short-listed their favourites for a second look. With professional photography and a user-friendly website, we find that the “first showing” of our listings happens online. For instance, last week we had 971 showings on our listings which is more than 100 a day! This is one reason why our listings sell twice as fast* as the MLS average!
