   Thanks for caring for the less fortunate. We are getting 4 new habitat for humanity houses in Victoria,BC which have been placed near the major shopping and bus route area. It is a wonderful program.
   I really like the skyline of the city photo at the top of your web page too.

    What a wonderful way to help a wonderful cause. As a “closet” interior designer, I have long valued realtors. Now I have another reason to value them, fpor their humanitarianism. Good job Schmidt!

    It’s great to see how Schmidt Realty is giving back to the community! They stand out amongst the best. Wish some news would do a story on this, if more people knew I bet Schmidt Realty would monopolize the real estate in Edmonton.

    Thanks for your comments, Barry! We take pride in having a cutting-edge site and generally receive positive feedback, so I was surprised to see your comments. While it’s true the header on the home page is a “still” shot, we do change it seasonally to keep things interesting. I agree with you, that’s important! The images on the home page next to Find A Home do change if you stay on the home page for a few seconds. Thanks for visiting our site!

    This site looks fantastic! Easy to navigate and really user friendly. Even though I’m not currently in the market to buy or sell, I appreciate the up-to-date market report, news and other information. Schmidt, you continually find ways to appeal to everyone!

    Everyone at SCHMIDT is so excited about our new site. It will offer fantastic exposure for our seller’s homes and will make it even easier for purchasers to view properties and request information. And there is going to be lots of Fun Stuff on the site as well as regular updates about the market. Stay tuned!
