Starting at 7 a.m. Sunday, the city is closing the westbound lanes of Fox Drive from Belgravia Road to Whitemud Drive to all traffic but transit buses as it starts the latest phase of its project to widen and rehabilitate the Quesnell Bridge and the Whitemud.
