Thanks for your comments Paul. Definitely this is a new venture and we’re interested in everyone’s feedback! The challenge for me in providing very short answers is I wonder how much help they will actually be to anyone. There is so much “fluff” out there that lacks content. Our aim is to be a source of real information for people who are really looking for answers. Having said that, we are definitely aiming to keep the answers as short as possible. And I would love to hear your feedback on our future vidoes!

I commend the idea — do more!! I suggest you put more questions and MUCH much shorter answers. Not that your material isn’t good but the point of “man in the street” format is to build interest and get people to follow. For that shorter is essential.

That is one website you can all be so proud of.

What fabulous photos for all of your listings – even the vacant ones have great lighting, content and clarity.

I can tell such care and attention went into seller consultation and staging.
It is the best I have seen so far (and I’ve seen hundreds).

As a residential photographer I am curious who takes your photos. Is it done in-house, or do you contract them out?

Either way I would like to know.
