CONSULTATION
The first and perhaps most important step in the entire buying process is the initial consultation with your Schmidt Realty Group REALTOR®.  This is a no-obligation meeting where we will listen to you as you share your “wish list” with us.  Together we will identify your wants, needs and housing budget.  Then we will take an initial look to see what is on the market that might suit you.  We will ask you some helpful questions, and we will really listen to your answers.   At the end of the meeting, we will each have the opportunity to decide if we are a good match to work together to achieve your goals.  This meeting will form a solid foundation for a successful purchase.  It is our goal to be your trusted real estate advisor.  At SCHMIDT we understand that everyone has something special in mind when they think of their new home, like the couple in this video from YouTube which we have nicknamed “Mars meets Venus in their Dream Home”  Enjoy!

PREPARATION
Establishing a consulting relationship with your REALTOR® is an important step, but there is a lot that happens between making your “wish list” and moving day.  As a client of Schmidt Realty Group, you will receive our Home Buyer’s Guide and information on current market activity.  Your REALTOR® will walk you through the entire purchase process step by step so you will be well prepared when you find the property you want to purchase. INFORMATION
You will hear about new listings daily via email, or if you prefer your REALTOR® will screen all MLS listings and recommend only the best for you.  We will review recent sales to assess the market value of your chosen property to ensure you make a well informed decision and provide you with the latest market statistics and real estate trends that may affect you. “We could always count on you for an honest and straightforward answer to our concerns. COMMUNICATION
You can reach us easily by phone, pager, email or text messaging.  Plus our brokerage is staffed from 9am-9pm weekdays and 9am-5pm Saturdays and Sundays.  You will be able to speak with someone when you need us!  We also have a unique set-up in our office where we have one of our REALTORS® available to assist should your personal REALTOR® be temporarily unavailable.  We do believe in taking a day off a week in order to stay fresh and sharp, and also the moment you need us it is possible that we are in the middle of negotiating a success offer for another client.  Another team member will ensure that your needs are met!  “My  REALTOR® was outstanding!  I would recommend SCHMIDT to anyone I met who wants to purchase a home.”   Angela O

NEGOTIATION

SATISFACTION
Everything we do is done with your satisfaction in mind.  However, should you decide at any point that you would prefer alternate representation, our ‘Easy Exit’ Buyer Service Agreement allows you that choice.   It’s what we’d want if we were the customer, and we put it in writing!
