Sabrina’s upbeat approach to life is infectious. She lives in southwest Edmonton with her husband, two active teenagers, and their two beloved dogs. Family time, church activities, volunteer work (she’s a member of the Volunteers Association of Canada) and a busy real estate practice create a full and busy life. Sabrina also loves to travel and experience other cultures! She is licensed as an Associate Broker, a designation awarded to REALTORS®. who complete a demanding series of courses and pass the challenging provincial exam. This additional training brings valuable skills to the table when working on her clients’ behalf, and equips Sabrina for her responsibilities as the brokerage Sales Manager. Connie loves selling real estate! She has been in the industry since 1995, and has participated as a member of the Member Services Committee at the Edmonton Real Estate Board. She holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Manitoba, was a music producer with CBC Radio in Edmonton for many years, and currently sings with the Richard Eaton Singers. Lisa developed a passion for real estate early in life. Twice a SCHMIDT client himself prior to becoming a REALTOR, Tim joined the team because of their caring attitude towards their clients. Tim believes that every day is a good day if he can make someone happy, and being a REALTOR allows him to do just that! A retired lawyer, he has also been a reporter, freelance writer, university instructor and communications consultant. He is currently teaching himself French and plans to learn Spanish next. Tim is also an active member of First Presbyterian Church. He and his wife of 25 years, Susan, share their century-old house with their beloved dog and two cats.
