As Broker for the team, Kathy develops our marketing programs and sets the business direction for our group. Licensed in 1993, Kathy served on the Professional Standards Committee at the REALTOR® Association of Edmonton for many years. She has a passion for learning and travels throughout North America to meet with top REALTORS® to share the secrets of her team’s success and to stay on the cutting edge of new ways to serve our clients. Networking throughout Canada and the US also allows her to satisfy her growing passion for travel! Kathy is proud of the team and the service they each provide to our shared clients.
Larry provides valuable input to the team at many levels. He is committed to ensuring that our clients and our REALTORS® are aware of the latest news affecting real estate in Edmonton and provides a valuble media search for our team daily. Larry also serves as the official translator from “geek speak” to “consumer speak” when it comes to implementing new technology at our office.
Helping clients and team members achieve their personal goals with excellence is what Kathy and Larry are all about. Married for 30 years (yes, you read that right!) Kathy and Larry are committed to each other, their team and their clients. They are owned by two dogs and consider the team at SCHMIDT to be part of their extended family. It’s a good life!
